HELP US RESCUE

200 MILLION MEALS

Many organisations have already committed to reducing their food waste.

But over 2.4 billion meals of edible, unsold food from UK businesses still goes to waste each year.

We all agree that doesn't feel right. Especially amid the UK's urgent cost of living crisis.

Are you a business with surplus food? Join OLIO and FareShare on our mission to rescue 200 million meals in 12 months.

HOW IT WORKS

How OLIO & FareShare can redistribute your surplus food

STEP 1

Prepare

Store staff notify OLIO and FareShare that they want a collection. They then prepare any unsold food to be picked up at the end of the day.

STEP 2

Collect

Trained volunteers arrive on-site when you need them to collect your food.

STEP 3

Exchange

Food ends up on tables, not in bins, and local communities see you care about making a positive impact.

STEP 4

Report

We track the impact of these collections on your brand and local community and report this data back to you.
